Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Foltum Finance application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions, free trial and billing

Foltum Finance offers an auto-renewable subscription:

• Free trial: new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial.
• Price: USD 12.99 per month (or the local equivalent) after the free trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Managing / cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. The App is a personal tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax or investment advice.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
